These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ADHDoIt ("the Service"), operated by Kyle Townsend as a sole proprietor ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using ADHDoIt, you agree to these Terms.
ADHDoIt is a family task management service that allows households to create, assign, and track tasks via a web dashboard and SMS text messaging. Features include morning and evening digest messages, priority reminders, and recurring task scheduling.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using ADHDoIt, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are adding family members under 13, you as the account owner take responsibility for their participation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Login is handled via magic links sent to your phone number or email address. You agree not to share your login links with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
By providing your phone number and using the Service, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from ADHDoIt, including:
Message frequency varies based on your usage and settings. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
You agree not to use ADHDoIt to:
ADHDoIt is currently offered at no charge during its early access period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before any free tier changes take effect.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ADHDoIt, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
We strive to keep ADHDoIt available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADHDoIt and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed tasks, failed notifications, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using ADHDoIt at any time. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at the address below. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
